During our free onsite consultation, we got a good look at their flooring and could understand why they wouldn’t want to trust their vintage, custom floors to just anyone.
We explained how we would carefully sand only the amount required to eliminate decades of wear on the floors, patch any damaged areas not cleaned up by the sanding, and finish the projects with an oil based polyurethane that would protect their beautifully intricate floors for decades.
The work was carried out on the entire first floor of the house and the final results were stunning! It was obvious that the original hardwood floor installer had done and amazing job on them, so it was a joy to restore such fine craftsmanship to it’s original “like new” condition.
